DR-HO'S Circulation Sleeve

• Spray an adequate amount of water onto the silver conducting cloth inside the sleeve and wrap the Circulation Sleeve tightly around your calf, knee or thigh.
• Connect the wire to the Circulation Sleeve and plug the wire into your DR-HO'S pain therapy device.
• Turn on the device, adjust the intensity to your desired comfort level, and relax. Do not use over skin that is damaged with abrasion or cuts.
• Using the sleeve on an open cut can cause severe pain. Keep your legs loose and relaxed during treatment.
• It is recommended that each treatment be a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes. You may treat yourself longer if you like.
• For serious and chronic conditions, treat yourself 3 to 5 times per day. As your condition improves, reduce the frequency as needed.
